Excellent and dependable service from Precision Door. Same day service was available at no extra cost. Merrill let us know his status, including any delays, in real time and kept us up to date on his ETA. He arrived on time, fully checked all three garage doors and replaced our broken spring. Then he completely serviced all the doors at no extra charge. He was knowledgeable, communicated well and was very efficient.

Garage door repair. After 20 years of functioning on a daily basis my garage door put me down. I called Precision and made an appolntment. Daniel, the technician whom arrived on site assessed the problem which was extensive in nature(worn out parts,rusted parts, and damaged parts).Daniel presented me with 3 chioces regarding repair(replacing what needed to be replaced and salvaging those parts still functioning ,replacing somel major parts, and replacing all major parts. After i chose he completed the work in a timely fashion and explained what he did.
