I had my garage door and opener installed yesterday by precision. Everything went extremely well, the installer contacted me hour before hand to let me know he was on his way and showed up right on time . Naldo and his coworker were very professional and knowledgeable with the install. They worked very quick and methodical in very hot ???? conditions. They went over every detail of the install and how to operate and maintain the hinges and springs. When they were finished I had a beautiful, well balanced, very quiet garage door . I highly recommend precision if you are in need of a garage door.

I had a Lift master garage door opener fail. It gives you a diagnostic code to tell you what electronic component has failed. When the technician arrived I handed him the owners manual and advised him about the test and what part it said it needed. He advised me that they do not do electrical repairs on the units and that I would have to replace it with a new one. I had checked on the availability of the parts before he arrived and every part in the unit is available. I was advised that the capacitor was bad and it could not be replaced. The diagnostic did not show this being bad but it is available as a stand alone or as part of the replacement board. The replacement parts are reasonable in cost. I'm sorry but I feel this is a sneaky way to do business. If you do not do electrical repairs on the unit you should advise your customers of this before sending someone out. I asked him to order the part and I was advised that they do not do that, but I could order it and they would install it. My unit was 8 1/2 years old so rather then get the part I opted to buy a new unit( not from Precision $$$) and have them install it. On the upside the Technician Mike was outstanding. Totally professional. Sorry I do not feel that way about his company
