Five stars! I’m so pleasantly surprised at the professionalism and courteousness of the staff, from the phone receptionist to the the technician dispatched to my home residence. The torsion spring discrepancy I had with my garage door system was addressed as well as other items that were noted. Alex, the technician dispatched to my residence, did an efficient and thorough job replacing the items I needed. Kudos to you, Alex! Thank you so much for your work. The quote for the job matched the work done which I thought was fair. Oh, and thank you for recognizing the military discount, albeit my DD214 is becoming more and more faded (3 decades after being released will do that ... entropy comes to mind). No doubt I would recommend this company to anyone who has an garage door problem that needs fixing. Thank you so much OGPDS! Bravo Zulu to you all!

We are highly satisfied with your product, installation and staff, Precision seems to have got this down to a science; the paperwork, communication with headquarters, the tech folks (JR and Merrick) were knowledgeable, professional and efficient and our office contact kept us informed as to the whole operation and the scheduling and city permit issues. It seems like these days, no one in the business world seems know what he's doing, and the left hand never consults the right. Your company seems to be the exception to the rule. We will recommend you to our friends and neighbors for any garage door issues.
