I have used Precision in the past as this is the company that installed my impact garage door a number of years ago. When I called, I was a bit disappointed with the call center and almost hung up. I am glad that I stayed on the line. The technician (Karter) showed up within a few hours of calling to replace the broken spring. While he was there the door operator also failed, so he was able to replace this at the same time. He was super professional and did an excellent job. I was able to share my comments about the installation and Karter, listened and addressed any concerns that I had. I would gladly have this tech back to do any future repairs. Thank you!
