I chose Precision Garage Door because of an ad I saw in the Home Pros Guide magazine. Technician Zeb Garza replaced my garage door opener and springs. My door now works great. Zeb took the time to fully explain everything in simple terms. He also removed the old parts and completely cleaned my garage to make it look like he was never there. He did a great job.

What a wonderful experience. My tech was merrick the most professional knowledgeable courteous polite person I’ve ever encountered. I wish every person that comes to do work at my home was a Merrick. He showed up on time did an install on a brand new garage door opener. Changed my springs and rollers adjusted the whole door installed a keypad outside programmed everything and took his time to show me how to program and maintain my system. Connected our cars home link and all that in under 2 hours not to mention I called precision that same day. Great company I recommend to anyone. My garage door wouldn’t open on a Saturday. I disengaged the opener to pull the door up manually and couldn’t. I know the people I have used in the past don’t provide same day response. I Google garage door repair 24 7 and found this firm. They sent Merrick Gayle who arrived 15 minutes before the window (2-4PM) that I had been given. He replaced broken spring and bearing plates in about an hour. He was very courteous and polite. I will use this firm from now on.

On April 30 I had new garage doors installed at my home. I just finished renovating this house and by far the best service and the best technicians and the best schedule was done by precision garage doors. The technicians were amazing, very knowledgeable ,and explained everything to me about the door, And how to maintain it. The entire experience from the beginning has been nothing but 100% positive and I would recommend them highly to any of my friends or family.
