My garage door broke on a Saturday. I contacted Precision Door Service, , and they had a Technician at my house that afternoon. My Service Technician was Willy. What an amazing job he did, with a very difficult problem!!! He diagnosed the issue promptly, but due to the unique nature of my garage, the repair took hours to complete!!! Willy was patient, explained everything to me in depth, and we were able to come up with a solution. He worked tirelessly to finish the job! While there, I asked him to also look at a second garage door that wasn’t working properly… he did an amazing job on that door too!!! His knowledge of his business, professionalism, and communication were fantastic! The repair went into the evening, but he stayed very late, and finished fixing the primary door. He had to return to finish fixing the other door, came promptly and did another excellent repair, with an even more difficult install!!! Precision Door Service and Willy both have my highest recommendation!!!!
