I am a returning customer. I called as my door was not closing all the time. I had to leave it open to go to an appt. I called them and about 2:30 and Tommy was at my house by 4! He also called in advance to see if it was something we could fix over the phone. Quick, efficient and polite! Tommy also repaired the unit in 2021. Very happy and would recommend this company!
