We had a lot of noise coming from the garage door motor, so we called to have someone come and give an estimate to fix problem. Tyrone came and proceeded to tell us that all the rollers and stems would need replacing. He said the stems were to small, and needed to be 7 inches instead of 3. He said the motor would need replacing. Estimate over $2000. Had Boynton Garage door come. Replaced the motor $500. Noise gone! Rollers fine. My next door neighbor had a problem with sensor alignment. Tyrone gave her the same story he gave us. She told him to leave. Her fix was $50. Don’t use this company!

I contacted Precision bc they had installed the garage door in 2018. The technician, Thomas, exceeded any and all expectations I may have had! He was knowledgeable, professional, courteous and extremely personable. The issue was fixed within 15 minutes. The scheduling was also great. I had an appointment the same day but, Chris never showed. I contacted the company and they sent Thomas. He arrived within the hour. And this was on a Saturday afternoon. All in all, a great experience.

The broken springs that Precision replaced months ago were undersized and may have lead to the subsequent premature failure of the garage door opener. When notified, a technician was scheduled to return; he quickly and efficiently removed the inadequate springs and provided the proper equipment. I would not recommend Precision Garage Door Service and did not use them to replace the opener.

Precision Door Service installed the garage door equipment in 2013 on our home in Palm City, FL. The equipment has worked outstanding since that time and only required factory maintenance once since install. During hurricane Milton 10 Oct 2024 lost power and I tried to reprogram the unit. Had to call Precision for assistances and within a few hours they were at the house, reprogramed unit and did maintenance service. Outstanding service and the technician was professional, and had the system operational within 30 minutes.
