We are the 2nd owners of our home. The garage door is original to the house. As with all things with a home. You have normal ware on house home items. With that when we first started to have issues with garage door we started and only used Precision Garage Door Service. No matter what time you call you will receive an answer. And they will schedule you a service technician. If it’s an emergency call for your door, they will arrange it. But you pay for it. They ask you up front about it. If you are able to setup a time for technician. They set it up. Every time we needed a technician over the years. They called 30 minutes out. They walk you through the repair work and will point out possible future problems that could arise. Good local contractors.
