I called to replace a broken spring on my garage door. Precision came when they said the would, Their tech, Jose Valdes, clearly explained the options for the repair that he felt were necessary. He completed the work on time, cleaned up afterwards & did a great job! I appreciated his expertise & professionalism. I recommend that anyone needing garage door work call Precision to do the work.

Be prepared to be price gouged if you need someone to come out the same day. You will be told one estimate by phone and then when they arrive the price will be more than double what you thought. Will not use this company again. Called and told them I was not happy. I was told a manager would call me but they never did so. There are plenty of other companies out there to fix your door call them.

We apologize that we were not told that the door was hanging out of it's tracks. We hope you understand that the only additional costs were to rehang the entire door. Additionally, we do provide free repair estimates and you are not obligated in any way to move forward with the options the technician presents to you. We are slightly higher than the competition due to being properly licensed and insured, hiring and training professional technicians and carrying quality parts on our trucks so that we can repair your door immediately. We trust that this mis communication does not blemish the opportunity to serve you in the future if needed.
