Our door was 10 years old and was in need or an overhaul. We had Willy as our service technician and he did a complete overhaul of the springs, rollers, bearings and shaft. Tyler did an excellent job. Same day service. Garage was in disarray. Broken spring, off the rails, bent rails, tension cable off. Tyler was able to replace the parts and fix in a few hours and is running great!
