Starting with Jerry who came at the exact time and day that was good for me..One meeting , great choices, delivery smooth, email notices a great help, support immediate and always answer phone.. happy to come and demonstrate or bring a remote, perfection, who ever is on duty is responsive, polite and well informed.. AND the product is solid and absolutely beautiful ..
