Mark called asking if he could arrive early, I replied great. He arrived and he observed one half of main spring broken. inspected entire door and suggested new rollers and center bearing. He gave us three options and we went for the more expensive repair which included 7 yr warranty. He was kind, respectful and courteous. Removed broken spring and corresponding associated parts and installed all new parts suggested and paid for and greased rails, cleaned garage floor and checked operation of door before leaving for next job

Our garage door opener attached to the inside of the garage would not work when we pressed it. We tried several times that day and the next but no luck. I call Precision and while waiting for my appointment the door started working again . I was going to cancel the technician but my husband said it needed to be checked out. They came out and the technician did some checking and determined that there must have been an electrical outage and the motor needed to reset itself so no repair was needed. We appreciated their honesty. They could have told me I needed a new unit and what difference would I know..I will gladly refer my neighbors to use such an honest company. Thanks again !
