A spring broke on my door opener so based on recommendations of two neighbors, I called Precision. Very pleasant service rep. The tech team was sent out the same day. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and had all of the material with them. They fixed a broken spring, installed a belt drive opener, replaced the rubber seal on the bottom, and replaced the worn rollers. They were done in about two hours. Precision is certainly the "go to" company for garage door service.

My door springs broke. I called another company I used before several times and they don’t answer their phone. I called Precision got an appointment the next morning. When their tech Doug showed up I had asked questions about options with the spring repair and motor. I felt confident enough to let him replace the springs, motor, rollers to avoid future problems. After adjustments never heard a door this quiet ! Great experience Precision and Doug !

I had used them before and did not remember. First I tried another company I had used years ago, but something odd going on with their blocked website and their poor service. I tried Precision and they were fantastic. Even offered to come the same day (I couldn't) and they came the next day, did their work on the master unit, and were gone in 15 minutes for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them.

Brian Fixter was my technician today, first he got my door down so I could secure my home. I didn't want to fix this door (old door that needs replaced), second he wrote up an estimate for both an insulated and a noninsulated door for the size and style I chose. I was ready to purchase the door (most likely still will) but it would be 6 to 12 weeks before it would be installed. Well I don't want to wait that long to have an usable door?? Because of Brian's Profesionalism, curiosity, and looking for continued professional service in the future.....I'm most likely will be buying the door from Precision and waiting out the time period to get it done right. The remote openers and the keypad were failing to open or close the garage door. Doug M. quickly assessed the problem and did an excellent job replacing the circuit board in the opener. He reprogrammed the keypad and all of the remote openers (two old ones and two new ones I had recently purchased). He communicated very effectively and clearly both before arriving and throughout the repair. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door and Doug M.

When our garage door when up and down by itself continuously , we called and someone was sent the very same day to help us. Brian was courteous , answered all our questions , and gave us several options. He then replaced the motor and rollers. The garage door is now so quiet that I’m amazed.
