We had great customer service. We were surprised someone answered the phone and addressed our problem immediately. Outstanding!!! Jake, the technician quickly evaluated the problem with my garage door and fixed it within a hour. He also explained what is needed to keep it working in tip top shape. I called precision doors at 0900 in the morning and they arrived within 2 hours to fix the problem. Very professional. Thank you David Holly.

Precision Overhead Garage door service was exceptional from our phone call, communication, next morning text and phone call from our Technician Kenny saying he was on the way. He was prompt, courteous and professional. He walked us through what he would recommend and why. He was thorough and competent. We are extremely pleased with Kenny and the job he did for us. Unfortunately I don’t remember the receptionist name, but she was also very polite and told us our appointment time, and that our technician would text and call on his way. I couldn’t be more pleased.

I was told there was a $49.95 service call. I needed the motor adjusted to stop the door from going back up, and I needed the remotes programmed (which I could have done myself). He spent 30 minutes writing up three "proposals" and about 5 minutes with the rest. I had to pay an additional 90 bucks for an hour of labor. The tech was nice, and helpful; doing what he was trained to do I'm sure, but I feel a little victimized by the lack of up-front information about the cost.

I have used them before to upgrade my opener motor & add pad outside of door and was very impressed with their service so when my garage door was damage by a car i called them again and they didn't let me down. The service was excellent and the installer Trung Phan Did a really good job installing and explaning everything to me.
