Professional from the initial phone call request for service and scheduling through the analysis of the issues involved and the repair. Even received same day service! The service technician, Jake Levins, was prompt, professional, honest, and an incredible asset to Precision Garage Door! Jake corrected our issues, provided replacement options to our garage door opener, and left the final decision to us without any pressure for purchasing a replacement opener. I will use Precision Garage Door and request Jake Levins, if needed in the future!

Main garage spring broke. I am guessing all of my home's garage door components are 20-25 years old. I had them replace the main spring, roller wheels and the door opener/keypad. I had an appointment for 2-4 pm. They called and said they were running early and asked if they could come early, around 11 am, and since I was home I accepted the earlier time. The technicians were both professional, knowledgeable, and had everything repaired/replaced in about 2 hours. I would definitely recommend them. Thanks!
