Precision came our early on the same day and "JD" did a fantastic job. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I initially had sticker shock but after seeing the expertise required and the old worn out parts (springs, rollers, brackets/bearings) that I probably wouldn't have had replaced (and paid more later) the price fit the job. Alex was spot on time. Reviewed the problem and gave me a quote with 3 options. Once selected, he got on with it. Once completed he said that the motor was not as strong as it should be, but again it is 11 years old. We discussed options again and selected a new motor, rail, bearings, the lot.
