Nathan was exceptional. Fixed the problem. Very courteous. My only complaint is I had to pay $50 when it was under 1 year warranty. A 50.00 charge for warranty work is unacceptable

Called Sunday evening. The person I talked to scheduled the appointment for Tuesday between 8-10. Brian the technician showed up right on time. He was very knowledgeable. Decided to replace the faulty garage door opener. In just a few hour a new one was installed. Very satisfied.

Precision Overhead Garage door service was exceptional from our phone call, communication, next morning text and phone call from our Technician Kenny saying he was on the way. He was prompt, courteous and professional. He walked us through what he would recommend and why. He was thorough and competent. We are extremely pleased with Kenny and the job he did for us. Unfortunately I don’t remember the receptionist name, but she was also very polite and told us our appointment time, and that our technician would text and call on his way. I have used them before to upgrade my opener motor & add pad outside of door and was very impressed with their service so when my garage door was damage by a car i called them again and they didn't let me down. Chris and Seth did such an excellent job on my garage door when the spring broke. The operator that answered my call was very polite and helpful when I called. She got me scheduled the very next day which worked out perfectly into my work schedule. I received a text and phone call before my technicians arrived. When we moved into our 10 year old house the garage door was very noisy with the original equipment that was installed when it was built. Chris and Seth did a thourough examination and offered me many different options to fix it. They replaced the rollers, cables, and springs and performed other services and now the only thing I hear is the hum of the motor. A vast improvement in the noise level and operation of the door after they finished. They were polite, friendly, and answered all my questions and showed me how to maintain the door so it will remain easy to open and quiet. Very satisfied with the job they performed. Hard to believe they did so much work in such a short time and now my garage door works better than when we moved in. Highly recommend Precision Door services and the price was better than what I expected and paid for similar service on my previous home.

Hunter called me to let me know he was 30 minutes out. He was able to come 2 hrs earlier than scheduled. He analyzed my situation and told me the parts needed to fix my door haven't been avail in over 15 years. Quoted me an awesome price and had my new door purring like a kitten 2 hours later.
