Wade did a wonderful job explaining the work needed and the cost to repair the unit as compared to installing a new one. The work was completed in a timely manner. All systems check to be sure they were working properly and repaired the wall unit that was not working properly. The area was clean when they finished. Great Job.

The Technician, Daniel, quickly troubleshot my garage door opener and had it repaired in minimal time. He also lubed both doors and gave me an estimate to replace my old, worn out doors. I chose Precision for their prompt service scheduling after a Holiday when my Garage Door Spring broke. The technician arrived on time and provided a full analysis of options for the broken spring and also a possible replacement door. Quick response and fix for my garage door that was not closing properly. Wade also adjusted the travel limits so that the door doesn't slam into the stop bolt by the opener which should prevent future breakdown.

Nice installers great job but... the last thing that they did was spray lubricant all over the hinges, springs and my wall. This has left grease spots on my wall and puddles of grease on my garage floor. I have a nicely painted gatage with stained concrete floors, it's not just a run of the mill garage with junk in it. A little care and the use of a rag to back up the area or spray the rag first then wipe would've been the proper way. Very pleased until the grease started flying.

First rep who made the sale for new garage door as a replacement, failed to measure length of door and assumed 16 ft. After he left I read invoice and realized he submitted order for 16’ door instead of 18’ door, I called and spoke to manager. He came to my house same day of call, measured door and corrected the order. He apologized and did not charge me for longer door. The 2 installers were professional and customer friendly and did a great job. So what started out not good was properly addressed and ended with a very satisfacted customer experience.

Excellent business. Does a great job from start to finish. Courtesy and friendly. When you request service they send you an email with your appoint info and pictures of the people that will be coming to your home. I actually came across Precision in the Valpak mailer of coupons. When I called yesterday they were ready to send someone out. We scheduled for today to get an estimate for a new garage door. Very Impressed!! Wade was ahead of schedule and called before he arrived. Wade was very professional, friendly and explained everything throughly.
