Due to my mistake I had to get a technician out to make sure garage door was still safe to operate. Precision sent out George. He was great! Definitely knowledgeable. He was kind,respectful as well as professional. He checked everything out and even went the extra mile to lubricate joints to garage so it would be quieter. Li Perez was most helpful. He explained the various options to make my garage door work more smoothly and quietly along with the associated costs. Ultimately, I opted for a new LiftMaster motor. It took Li a couple of hours to complete, and it moves pretty quietly and sounds great. Thank you, Li. I'll be calling to have the springs and rollers replaced in the near future. Thanks again.

Ive only been out here for a year and have been burnt by a few times for repair work. This was a great company. Came out 1 hour after i call the springs broke you know buy a house and the builder use the cheapest parts. Carlos came out great guy, honest, hard worker.I recommend them highly.

Service was excellent. There were some early issues sorting out the problems we were having but our technician Carlos pushed through and finally came up with a solution. The easiest thing to do was just claim the motor was shot. He did not do that and for that...thank you Carlos.

It never feels good to be lied to. We were assured by the tech that if we went with the more expensive option instead of repairing just what was needed that we would be so happy because there is a lifetime warranty. All we would need to do is call them up and any problems would be taken care of as long as we owned the house. We don't get the option of seeing this warranty before paying so were not impressed with the company or tech when the invoice arrived via email and clearly states that the warranty is lifetime parts only! So the lie was omiting the 5 year labor warranty. Shame on you.

Both Stephanie and installer Don Jose were superior, intelligent, and highly professional. During this COVID environment Stephanie kept me informed on the ordering progress and assisted in every way to get the door installed on schedule. Don Jose installed the door and did not leave until I was familiar with the entire operation. Stephanie is ordering a camera that I will have Precision install This company completed a difficult project during the COVID year and I really appreciate the work.

We have the new double car garage doors installed last week, and we are really happy with not just the door but also the experience with the Precision. The doors are durable with 3 layers, and very quiet - it is the best garage door that we ever have. My wife really like the high tech. LiftMaster door opener- it is smooth and extra quiet. We called Stephanie last week Monday, and less than 10 min. Jose called me back. He explain everything and best estimate over the phone. Next day, Tuesday, Bill came to our home, and measure the garage followed by the final contract. Then on Friday that week, Carlos came in, and install the garage door. The Precision Team are prompt, professional and PRECISE. We recommend The Precision Door Services with 5 big stars.

Our garage door opener went out and Precision had a tech out the next morning. Precision sent out Jose Perea who was fantastic. He called to let me know he was 20 minutes out and showed up as expected. He was very kind, knowledgeable, professional, and went above and beyond explaining options and potential problems he saw. I even informed him he was on the clock because I had an appt I had to get to. He accomplished the replacement, tuning, and explained the unit with time to spare.
