I had used this company years ago to service my loud garage door, it was suggested back then that I replace my rollers which I couldn't do at the time, but the noise was reduced with service work. Now, my door was loud and would stop and roll up again whenever I tried to use the opener. I called Precision and had an appointment for the next day. Jose diagnosed my problem and offered a suggestion (the rollers) for the noise. His only lie was that it would take 90 minutes to replace the opener and rollers. It took him less and 60! He was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. I appreciated the good communication with the office and the ease of having information emailed to me.

Our garage door failed to close properly and couldn't be opened. The main spring support tore lose from the wall to the point I needed professional help. This happened late in the evening, but even at the late hour I was able to get an appointment for the next morning. The service tech, Ivan Estrada, arrived right on time and did an excellent job of repairing our garage door. After the repairs were completed, Ivan explained in detail what he had done and offered suggestions about possible future service and maintenance. He was professional and very thorough. I would highly recommend Precision door for any and all garage door needs.

Ivan showed up on time and was very professional. I was hoping with getting a regular service and new bottom seal along with reprograming 2 new remotes would have me all up to date. Unfortunately my opener was over 20 years old and Ivan was not able to get the new remotes to sync. My other option was getting a new opener and Ivan had one on his truck. Even though it was late in the evening he said it would be no problem and had it installed in a little over an hour with new programed remote. Now my wife can enter the garage without getting out of the car. I would definitely recommend Precision for any of your garage door needs.

Garage door broke trapping both cars inside the garage and I immediately contacted Precision Garage Door for help. Lewis took my call and was very helpful and understanding of my situation. He was able to arrange for a same day appointment. Received an email confirming appointment with technicians name photo and expected time of arrival. Lisandro “Li” arrived earlier than expected which was fantastic. He was very friendly and professional. He accessed the situation and advised me on what he found. Replaced the springs and rollers and got my garage door up and rolling again within an hour. This was my first time using Precision Garage Door and would and will recommend them for all your garage door needs. Don’t wait until it’s too late like I did. Thankfully these guys were there for me.

Springs broke on my garage door. As a result of going online, Precision Garage door popped up. Due to emergency needs I called, and a technician arrived rapidly. Only due to a rapid need did I allow the technician to sell me your product. I wish I had done much more research prior to signing at the bottom line. All the parts for the repair came to a little over $2000.00 including a 1-year warranty. After research, I could have obtained the same parts for about $800.00. I paid a very high price for the warranty in this case. In addition, the technician did not have 1 part and said he would come back the next business day. He did not! I called twice and threatened reporting the company to the "Better Business Bureau and then I got a rapid same day response to finish the job. The company was fast, but very expensive and poor follow-up when a part was needed that the Technician did not have in his truck.
