Prompt, professional service. Quality people all around. The service tech was great. The only ding is that when chatting on the site they could have been clearer on the pricing. I was taken aback by the actual sticker shock compared to what I thought it would be based on the chat. Otherwise, a good experience...and I can now get my car out of the garage!!

Derek came out and checked out the problems with my garage door. He gave us an estimate for repairs and it was accurate and fair. He explained the problems with our garage door which made sense since it is over 19 years old. He also gave us an estimate for a new garage door installation. We chose to get some other estimates for a new garage door, but Derek did a great job and I was very happy with his service. I chose to go with Precision Garage Door because of a commercial on Channel 5 this morning. I was not disappointed.

When we moved into our new house, the garage door only came with one opener and the previous code for the keypad. We couldn't help but wonder where the other openers were and who had the code to the keypad. We had Precision Garage Door come to give us a second opener and reprogram the existing one, as well as reset the code on the keypad. This simple step, along with rekeying the locks on our other access doors gave us peace of mind. We personally know the owner of the company as someone with very high integrity, so it was a no-brainer when we needed to call on them for service. Courteous technician.
