If only every service provider operated the way that Precision does! Within 48 hours of my first discovering that I had an issue with my garage door opener, Precision was here and gone, with a perfectly-operating replacement installed. They did everything as well, or even better than their website promises, from service to pricing. Derek arrived promptly on time, assessed the problem quickly, quoted a very fair price, and installed a fix in no time at all - while providing me with an education as he worked. This company took advantage of seniors and replaced parts over and above what was actually needed totaling over $1,990.00. They also indicated that the warranty was lifetime on everything but it was only on the motor and 1-year on parts. A hard copy of the estimate was not provided. While my father has an email address they were unable to print any invoices or have an itemization of services being performed to review the cost.

I couldn't be happier then when I saw my new garage door up and working. It was worth the wait. My only suggestion is that I would have liked to have someone from Precision call and confirm the delivery date a few days before it arrived (with Carlos the wonderful assembly man). As it was I had to call and confirm it was coming on the scheduled date.

QUOTATION ONLY I called this AM to get a quote for a remove & replace an existing door. I was lucky enough to get a tech in the area who could do the quote in the afternoon. He showed up on time, as scheduled, an performed everything to my expectations in a professional manner. Steven is the best.He knew what to do and fixed all the issues a 8 year old garage door has. After tuning it to perfection i was so pleased i asked if they could paint it.Steve said that is a service they did not offer.:(. Now that it works like new i wanted it to look like new.
