Called. Told them what kind of garage door opener I had. Told them the issue, explained the situation…. Ok, cool well someone over, Showed up early????????. But then informed me that they don’t work on Genie brand…. Wait, I said I had a Genie door opener??? So it was a bust. Don’t do the “29” point inspection. Which is the minimum for the service call, Offered up a 1000$ upgrade from my Genie. So I said okay “ so I still gotta pay the 59.95 fee”? Yep… you take a credit card? Yep. 2% service charge! Cash? Yep. Okay. Here’s 60$. Thanks…. Where’s my freaking change??? I want my nickel. Total freaking scam. I give them two ????????????????. Please give me my Nickle change. Dicks

Our tech was super. (Derek Olear). He was friendly and informative about the repairs. He was able to fix our smaller door quickly. It just needed a new spring. He also checked our other garage door opener. He found that door had the wrong size springs. He recommended getting a new opener and springs which we love because there super quiet. Thank you

Ivan replaced the cable system on my door and he was great! When he came out to do the estimate, he didn't try to "upsell" by telling me I needed an entirely new door for my 4-year-old home. I'd contacted other companies, and their techs gave me the, "The door can't be repaired." "You have to replace the entire door because this is a builder-grade garage and they don't sell those parts." He told me what was needed and gave me an estimate and scheduling options. On the day of service, he called ahead and gave me his ETA, and showed up on time. He was friendly and professional, and showed me the breakdown of the charges without "man-splaining" to me. I would highly recommend Precision (especially if you can get Ivan) and would use this company again in the future if needed.

They showed up. They fixed it… it goes up and down now. They were friendly and seemed competent. I needed new springs. They suggested I replace the cables too. I usually get nervous about any upselling, but in this case, it made sense to me (those are the 2 load-bearing components after all, and they were going to have it all taken apart, so…). It wasn’t that much more. So in the end, I’m choosing to be grateful for his expertise. I didn’t compare prices, but it didn’t seem outrageous or anything.

Our Technician, Ivan, was incredible! My wife saw one of their trucks, got the telephone number and scheduled an appt for the next day. Total work took less than 3 hours, after giving us options with great explanations to any and all questions. We received a military discount which always helps, as a Veteran, it is appreciated because this government shows total disrespect for our Veterans over illegals and terrorists. Our garage door failed to operate and Precision responded within 24 hours and resolved the problem with a new opener. The installer, Jose Perea, was very professional and arrived on time. He completed the job in less than an hour and was even nice enough to program the openers in our cars for us.
