I got a qoute for $199.00, Labor and materials to replace Two SPRINGS over the phone. I even repeatedly ask and the guy said 199 for two spring. and when they showed up they were charging me more than $199 each and when I said no I'm not doing it, then they charge me $49 sevice charge.

I could not be more pleased!! I needed repair done asap, and Precision did not fail me - they were able to send a technician out within 2 hours. He showed up right on time, calling beforehand to tell me he was 15 minutes away. Jose Perea was extremely professional and explained in detail what options I had. In no way was I pressured to go for a more expensive fix, however, he did explain the warranties, etc. and I based my decision on doing a more expensive repair than I originally planned on. He did the job, then showed me the results, again explaining how things "work" (I'm not mechanical when it comes to the garage door!!) All in all, an excellent service provided!!

Outstanding quality and service. As a business owner who puts quality and customer service at the top of my expectations, I could not be happier with the service that I was provided. Mike Napolitano arrived as expected and made recommendations on the best game plan for my door that had a 15 year old outdated set up. He was extremely knowledgeable and overhauled the entire set up to an updated system that is smoother and quieter with a lifetime parts warranty too. He was honest about the packages and didn't try to up sell me but, i choose to go with the better package anyway. My door springs broke this morning and this afternoon it was better than ever. Great response time from Precision. They are the only garage door company I will ever use.
