I have worked with Precision in the past so I call them again regarding my door opener. My transmitter went out and I was advised by another company that I needed a complete new unit. I called Precision to get a second opinion. Michael Avila came out to assess the situation and he was able calibrate just a new transmitter for me. He was kind and honest. When I do replace the motor I will definitely call Precision and ask for Michael!

Had a Wayne Dalton tool up garage door system, Gilbert said that they do not repair that style spring system so he had to retrofit my system to Precisions system. Took 2 hours and $900.00 Works fine

The appointment and actual customer visit was made on the same day. Technicians wore face masks as requested. The technician Jose was clearly very qualified to install a new door opening motor. He was very efficient and worked quickly. Installation was completed in less than 1 1/2 hour. They removed all debris and used parts. Very satisfied with their professionalism.

I had precision’s tech come out to change the weather seal at the bottom of the garage. He was great and he serviced my garage door and adjusted the springs and alignment. Did not try to stiff me like all those other companies out there. I am actually thinking of purchasing another door but insulated since they were very professional.

Let’s argue, first time customer called for service. Explained my needs. Tech came out next day. Hour late. Unprepared with parts I requested. Tried to upgrade my system repeatedly. No sell. Thanks. Just repair my system please. Tech left. No follow up. I had to re call 2 more times . 2 days later. Another technician came out to finish the job. Geez.
