Precision garage Door technicians are always on time, courteous, and knowledgeable. The needed repair was completed this morning. The garage door is functioning properly now, but not many hours have elapsed between the repair and the present. Hopefully the door will continue to function properly in the future. Today's problem was mechanical, not electronic, so I am expecting the repair to be long-lasting.

My Precision Door technician, Joe Baggett, arrived on time for my appointment and I could tell right away that he was in control of the problem with my garage door. Having an older door at my residence ( a dinosaur actually) did not bother Joe in the slightest ( even though I don’t believe that he works on many doors as old as mine). As Joe was working on my door, we chatted about different things, as he was a very nice person. He kept on task, even as we talked. I definitely had a good experience with Precision Door

Kenny from the Pensacola office called ahead and showed up before scheduled. He proceeded to inspect all the components and hardware and gave me a comprehensive estimate to approve before he got started on the repairs. He had all the necessary tools and parts with him and worked diligently until all was completed. A nice guy to talk with and he also explained what he was doing all the way through.
