My Precision Door technician, Joe Baggett, arrived on time for my appointment and I could tell right away that he was in control of the problem with my garage door. Having an older door at my residence ( a dinosaur actually) did not bother Joe in the slightest ( even though I don’t believe that he works on many doors as old as mine). As Joe was working on my door, we chatted about different things, as he was a very nice person. He kept on task, even as we talked. I definitely had a good experience with Precision Door

He proceeded to inspect all the components and hardware and gave me a comprehensive estimate to approve before he got started on the repairs. I called Precision Garage Door Service with an emergency. My garage door was stuck in the half-way position. I went into panic mode because I had to pick up my son from work at 9 pm that night. The customer service agent heard my distress. He reached out to the local office and assured me that I would receive a call shortly. Madison called within 10 minutes to arrange for a technician to come out to release the garage door. Within 15 minutes, Matthew was there to release the garage door.
