Cody’s knowledge and expertise, in addition to his willingness to help us understand everything, including setting up myQ and connecting to my car… JUST AWESOME! I had to call Precision Door after my company I have used over 10 times and spent over 2k with failed to show. Christopher Brown came out looked at the door ( was a bit noisy and I was concerned ). Chris cage out and inspected everything and advised me everything looked good and didn’t charge me for any unneeded repairs. Since he was nice and they came out and did a free inspection on a Saturday I had them quote me a new garage door. I will be using them in the future for sure!

I had been referred to VES by a associate from Lowe’s when I found out they did not carry tension springs. But upon calling them they told me they would have to call me back when they found out when they would be in my area. So I decided to see online if I could find someone in Daphne that could do the work. Upon looking I found Precision Door show same day service and I called. True to your word I got an appointment later that afternoon. The appointment actually happened later than planned (due to the prior install taking longer), but tech called to let me know. When they were on the way he gave me another call to let me know. When they arrived they did a through inspection, gave me options an explained any questions I had. They were very efficient in doing the work and completed the job in a timely manner. Very pleased with my experience.

Ross was our technician, and he did a fabulous job. He explained everything in a manner I could understand, was fast, and courteous. He also had a trainee who was equally as courteous. The door works great now, and I am thankful for the options given to me, and the "Precision" with which it was repaired. Thank you! We will be using Precision again if the need arises!

I called for an appointment this morning at 8:00 and got an appointment for 10a.m. - 12p.m. I was very thrilled! The tech called me at 8:45 and said he could come early; he could be on his way and arrived at 9:15. How awesome was that! Because of what had happened when I first tried to open the door this morning; I knew it was probably going to be costly. When I arrived to meet him; I said "it's jacked up bad" and he said yes ma'am; but we'll get it going again. He was very professional and gave me my options for repair cost. I had to have everything replaced (our fault) except the garage door. I thought the price was reasonable; the work was performed in a timely manner; and was able to return to work. I would definitely refer your company to others.

I give Precision a five star rating. The technicians came the same afternoon as my call in. They worked on replacing the coils and wheels on the garage door while it was pouring rain out on the driveway. My bouncing not staying closed garage door problems were solved and I'm printing out the guarantee for the work.
