The tech was on time , was friendly and knowledgeable. He checked our garage doors and found no problem. He then serviced the doors (lubrication and adjustments). Prior to leaving he heard a beeping sound which had been the reason for our call. Upon checking the area he found a discarded smoke alarm which was making the noise. We appreciated his diligence and patience in this matter and would request his service for any future garage door needs.
