I've been meaning to post this for awhile. Here is our Garage Door Story. Well, our garage door broke. Bad. Parts hanging off, all bent. Pieces on the floor, too. Kinsman came out to our house. Fast! First, he called to make sure it was okay if he got there early! (YES!). He is a charming young man. He inspected our door, diagnosed the problem and FIXED IT! He had all the parts on his truck, and our door was working again in a jiffy. VERY happy. I would recommend Kinsman and Precision Door to everyone, especially people who have a garage door! He had to come out again because we did something stupid (operator error) but it was covered under warranty and, once again, our door was working perfectly. He didn't even laugh at us! You guys rock! Thank you! 6 stars. ******
