Victor, my service technician was very well informed about the different garage door openers and gave me good information so I could make my decision on a new opener. He did a wonderful installation job and he was neat and clean--he even swept the garage floor when he was finished!! Great job!! I will recommend Precision to my friends and neighbors.

Precision was awesome. We received a call within about 10 min to confirm our appointment by the technician and he was here within 30 min. He looked over everything, diagnosed and had everything repaired in 20 min. I will call them again. Very professional and gracious and explained in detail helpful information about the operations of my garage door. Highly recommend this company...awesome job and service.

Was able to schedule someone within a couple of hours, but since that didn't work for me, had someone come the following day. Technician Mike called before arriving and was within the expected four hour window. He did a great job explaining what needed to be replaced, what should be replaced, and what didn't need to be replaced. His iPad allowed a detailed work order and estimate to be generated immediately, and payment was handled the same way just as quickly. Very satisfied. Will call them again for regular maintenance.
