I was completely satisfied. I will use Precision again should the need arise. Shortly after I asked for an appointment via the internet, I was contacted and an appointment was made. Garrett called me a 1/2 hour before our scheduled time and he arrived right on time. After a swift review and price proposal, he efficiently made the needed repairs. Garrett also answered several questions I had regarding our current unit. And while he could have tried to up-sell me he did not although he let me know that Precision could help me with any future need.

Professional. Knowledgeable. Quality products. Same day service. My 25 year old Genie door opener was not closing all the way. The service tech came out and gave me options after doing an inspection (tune up the door or replace opener) I chose the tune up and the tech did a through tune up. I noticed immediately that the door was much quieter and rolled smoothly up and down. And now closed completely. When this old Genie finally needs replacing I will definitely call them back and have them install one of their recommended high quality dependable openers.

My old garage door opener ground the teeth off the gears and stopped working. I called Sunday night and the new opener was installed and working by 09:00 the next morning. I was told that if I had called two hours earlier I could have had the work done Sunday night at no extra charge. These guys are really responsive and professional. Daniel Radcliffe came out on time, got everything done and cleaned up within one hour as promised. He explained everything about the new system simply and understandably. It was a pleasure working with him and Precision.
