Your tech scared my tenant to death about a spring that needs replacing. I am going by to look today. When he called to speak with me there was no urgency mentioned but according to my tenant he told her he wouldn't put his car in the garage. She was afraid leaving the door open would subject her to a potential breakin.

Not recommended.. beware of what you are told on making appointment. Under impression of 49.00 service call but ended up getting Charged 139.00 to look at something and basically move a knob. Not one part was installed. Wanted to upsell new motor and parts

Nicolas Rhodes was great! We had our existing garage doors completely serviced and had two new Lift openers installed. He explained the service well and did everything he promised. He initially came late in the afternoon on the 8th and was willing to work late into the night completing the job, however we had company doming for dinner so he voulteered to schedule himself the next morning, on his day off, to do the job. He was there 2 8:oo am on 9/10 as promised and did the job. We are very very pleased with the service and the product. Our garage doors are better than new!

Everything truly went as advertised and promised. The on-site technician even made a few modifications that we were very happy with, to include magnetic ornamental features like handles and hinges to create the barn door lock. Worlds better than our old, loud, un-insulated door!

Techs need better training in procedure and customer service. Response time good on initial visit, sale made.Error in installation process rendered opener non functional. Response time could have been better considering it was trouble call on new install. Tech used poor judgement in stating company's negative position before trouble shooting the problem, and being argumentative. The customer service rep on phone was helpful. I wish I had checked around more before using Precision.
