Isaiah and Sam arrived exactly on time for the appointment. They completed the installation of a Liftmaster 8500W opener and replacement of rollers, spring, cable and cable drums in a very timely and workmanship manner. The Liftmaster was linked to my home WiFi. All features and safety features were thoroughly explained. Finally, my car was synchronized to the opener. I highly recommend Precision Door Service.

I scheduled an at home estimate and the technician that was sent was very knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to evaluate my current door as well as ask me what I was looking for before we talked about the options. He gave me time to ask questions on each of the options and he made his recommendations. I was impressed and felt informed to make a decision which was made on that same day. The office staff called multiple times to keep me updated on the status of my order, arrival of my order, and worked with me to get my new door installed. The team that arrived to install my door were prompt, professional, and had my new door installed in a couple of hours. Very pleased with my new door which moves much smoother and completely closes with no gaps to let rain or insects in. The process was easy and given my experience with them from start to finish was well worth it!!! I highly recommend, absolute 5 star rating and would give 6 if I could, this company for all your garage door needs!!!!

The work that Cameron performed on our garage door was excellent. It works much, much better. He noticed many items that was interfering with proper functioning of the door. He straightened some of the metal pieces and put in some bigger screws to stabilized the frame work. He fixed the wires on the wall controller and attached it firmly on the wall. He also helped me change the code on the key pad outside of the door. Cameron was polite, informative and hard working. He gave us a estimates on a new door that has a higher wind rating which we will keep in mind for the future.

I was having a problem with my garage door closing and Precision Garage Door sent a repair person out and he had it fixed in a matter of minutes. It needed a part and all they changed me was for the part and waived the service fee. I am very happy with them.
