Sean Smith found I did not have a door opener problem. Somehow the door when closed failed to open because it hung up on the frame of the door opening. How this happen don't have a clue but he was at my home at the scheduled time and called me before arriving. Very knowledgeable about his service and I will call Precision again if needed. Thanks
