Adrian and Cody were excellent. Adrian was able to diagnose the issue with our new garage door opener over the phone. He then contacted Cody (who was in the vicinity of our home) who phoned us to come by and look at the opener. He then quickly solved the issue, which was simply an alignment of the backup battery to the opener casing. The battery indicator lights are now visible. Thank you so much for the professional dedication of the Precision staff. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all.
