Mike arrived at the prescribed time window and provided an estimate of the cost to replace the door tension springs. The installation went well with the exception of different size springs which required the dry wall to be cut for clearance. I had a coupon which reduced the cost significantly. Mike was professional and competent.

The technician that showed up was very knowledgable and professional. He went over everything with me in detail before he performed any work and gave me options based on his recommendations.
