I called Precision on Monday and they came out Tuesday morning and fixed the door straight away. They sent a pic of the technician (Bryan) before the appointment..He was clean, courteous and capable. He replaced the broken spring. He also discussed the condition of my door and suggested that I should replace both springs but I opted for just replacing the broken one….we shall see….Thanks Precision.
