Andrew Kubsch did an outstanding job and I was able to tend to other matters as he installed. He then walked me through WiFi, car, and keypad setup. I believe the technician that came to my house is named Tony. I called at noon on Saturday and he arrived shortly after 1pm. He found a loose wire on top of the motor and a potential problem in another area where the wires run to the sensor. Both problems were repaired quickly and he did some other preventive maintenance work on my door and talked to me some easy PM work I can do every few months. I'm giving them 5 stars in my review because I am very happy and thankful for the work they did and how quickly they responded.

Good service and it was on time. But the price was to high. Only one remote with opener, s/b two for the price. Your tech sold me another for a discount. I had a coupon for $50.00 off belt drive Opener, but tech said it only applied to more expensive model, this was not specified on the coupon. Total cost quoted to customer should include all labor, parts, tax, not base amount. Hope this review helps.
