We found Precision on the internet and were surprised they made service calls on Sundays with no additional fees. The rep who took our call was very polite and courteous. She explained and verified everything accurately. Our email confirmation was received right away and David our service rep came out the next day right on time. He assessed our situation, made a recommendation and then completed the job. He was very professional, polite and prompt. He tested everything after completing the work and ensured everything was fixed and working as it should. My garage door spring broke on a Friday afternoon, but Precision was able to respond with a technician on Saturday. Their 24/7 call center was excellent at scheduling a convenient appointment and provided me with quick e-mail confirmation that included details on the specific technician. His name was Bryan Medina and his work was better than 5-star. He quickly identified the issue, made all repairs and performed a full inspection. Also, Bryan took time to answer all of my questions and made suggestions on how to routinely check my garage door opener system. Overall, the work was done well at a fair price.... and Bryan was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I would not hesitate to use Precision Door and Bryan for any future work.

The appearance of your ad in the Yellow Pages caught my initial attention. After reading your ad all of what you offered sounded more professional than the other companies. I called and your answering service told me that I could not get an appointment until the following day. I pleaded with her to check one more time and after a brief period of time she said you could be out late that evening. I said great! At approx. 5:15 i received a call from David Sinner who told me he would arrive at 6. He showed at 5:50!! He drove up in a very professional looking truck which gave me high hope of confidence. David looked at the job at hand and gave me two options explaining each. Everything made sense and I made my selection. Even being his last call for a long day, he made the job look like it was the only job he had all day. He was very kind, answering all inquiries from me with professional patience. He did a great installation and I am very pleased with the work!
