I had to get my garage door fixed asap. The panels were cracking and the cables on both sides were frayed. I checked reviews and Precision Garage got many high ratings. Called them on 10/11, and Shane Ince came by that afternoon. After a quick inspection, he told me a new door was needed and quoted a good price. Putting it on my Visa was easy, and I got points besides. The old door was 48 yrs. old and was unsafe for any further use. I had a very dangerous situation on hand. We scheduled a new install for 10/14. Installer Courtlen Walker. He did a great job removing the old door, installing the new one -- all in 3 hours. New door runs great and looks fabulous. I'm so thankful this repair was done by this firm. They worked hard to put me into their schedule. Everyone was helpful and polite Courtlen, Shane, and Breanna at the office. I thank them all for a flawless and smooth performance. In closing, I highly recommend this firm for garage door replacement and repair. I could have been badly hurt had this repair been delayed. It's great to have my garage back. Thanks folks! Be sure to check your garage door yearly. It is very dangerous to neglect this item in your home.

Great service! I called on a Saturday morning, clearly not expecting to get a call back on Monday to schedule an appointment. Not only did a LIVE person answer the phone, she asked when I was available that afternoon. As we already had plans, I told her I couldn't be there... to my surprise, she offered a Sunday morning appointment! With NO additional weekend call charge! My technician showed up right on time (and I got a text from him letting me know he was on his way!) He explained my options on the work to be done and completed the repairs quickly so we could enjoy the remainder of our weekend. I couldn't be happier with Precision and the work they did. I highly recommend them!

Bryan Medina was not only on time, but ahead of schedule. I truly appreciate the professional manner in which he conducted his inspection of the problem and resolved the issue. The issue was the manual pull and not the motor. He demonstrated how I should see the placement of the manual pull. For future preventative purposes and to avoid issues that would impede either opening or closing the garage door, he recommended replacing the 2 springs & to have the sheetrock that is bowing replaced.
