I've now used Precision Door three times. Broken springs and now a replacement garage door opener. As always, I was able to schedule an appointment that was convenient to me on the weekend. Marlon showed up inside the predicted window and called to keep me updated on his estimated arrival. Upon arrival, Marlon listened to me, answered all of my questions, even some I hadn't thought about, presented me with different options and their pros/cons, and was 100% professional the entire visit. Would recommend again.

First of all to be able to talk with someone 24/7 about needing help after hours and be able to get something organized for the next day is great. Second the customer service I experienced with Josue Blanco initially to diagnose the issue, explain the issue to me, be able to order specialty parts the same day and then come in with Greg Rambadadt only a couple of hours later to do the repair and make sure everything is working properly was really fantastic. Finally they looked at the entire system, corrected a couple of minor issues that would have given me trouble in the future as well. I can’t say enough about how well it makes a customer feel that they not only came to do a job but took care of the customer’s needs . I really appreciate the guys helping me and my family and kudos to the organization for having such great guys in their organization. Thank you kindly !

Vincent was very nice and answered all my questions about the service I requested. He competed the system tune-up quickly and went over all the points he covered with me. There were some parts he needed to order to complete the service and would order as soon as his supplier opened next week, the new keypad and weather strips.

Want to give 5 stars. Very pleased with service. But he had to return within the hour because frayed overhead wires lost contact making it inoperable. otherwise, perfect customer service.
