Door broke on a Saturday at 3 pm, Precision had someone at my house Sunday morning at 10 to fix it. That kind of service just doesn't happen anymore it seems...Precision really came through and fixed us up in a pinch. Our technician Mr. Watts did everything right. Called ahead, arrived on time, was polite, informative and did great quality work. The whole appointment lasted about an hour. Again, incredible service! Will definitely recommend Precision to friends and family.

Having garage door opener problems, I contacted Precision. Their tv ads were informative and true to their word the technician performed as advertised! Jason provided a through explanation of the problems, materials required for replacement and/or repairs, and various options costs. Proceeding with the work, he informed me that the previous owner had taken shortcuts resulting in faulty wiring. I have since contacted an electrician for that work. The professional services provided were excellent..

Quick response. Extremely professional. Organized. Knowledgeable. They know what they are doing. There are alot of poor garage door companies out there...Precision is NOT one of them. Rarely would I recommend not getting comparable bids, but due to their responsiveness and workmanship, I already know the price I paid was the best value out there. Superior service start to finish.

The 8-1/2 year old home I bought had a noisy chain drive garage opener requiring lubrication. It was improperly installed and literally popped right out of the wall! I wanted a LiftMaster belt drive and so I contacted Precision Garage Door, who had an appointment within 2 days. Michelle Campos, Office Manager, was very concerned and understanding - great first impression for the company! My technician, David Sinner was professional, courteous & friendly. He arrived on time. He removed the old equipment from my property and installed my choice opener, along with new spring, new keypad, new opener on wall and he programmed the portable openers for me. In ONE visit, the entire problem was FIXED! I HIGHLY recommend Precision Garage Door. Their great online reviews are why I chose them and they have proven those reviews to be 100% correct!

Got 2 new springs installed and 10 nylon rollers. Dave Sinner called me promptly at 8am and told me when he would arrive. Arrived when promised and preformed outstanding work replacing 2 springs that are top of the line and should last me a long time. The work was done on a double wide garage door. Dave, installed 10 nylon rollers that made a big difference in the way the door operated. It operated smoothly and very quiet. I would recommend Precision Garage Door for all repairs. Jonas made this job look easy. He was very professional but also very enjoyable to talk to.
