Dre came out at 10 pm after being triple booked for my time slot of 4-6 pm. He apologized profusely but honestly I was glad he came. He fixed my garage door and gave out a thorough inspection. He pointed all the flaws and have me the tools to report this to the warranty dept. Thank you, Dre. Great job.
