The response to my call was quick and courteous. The person who came out was friendly and knowledgeable and helpful However, I have been told by SEVERAL people how much I was overcharged for the service (installation of two springs on our two car garage - we only had one spring which was broken) I was told afterwards by several people that I probably didn't need all the additional work that was done (over $1,000 worth) and I could have gotten a completely new garage door with everything for that price! ...

Great Service at reasonable prices. Called for help on Saturday morning, tech was at my house within 2 hours. Tech was professional and clearly explained what needed to be done and provided cost estimate. He completed all tasks and cleaned up. I would recommend Precision with out any reservations
