He tried to fix the problem, but there was too much damage. He suggested a whole new system - or that we contact Genie to see if the parts were in warranty. He was very nice, polite, and helpful. Thank you.

Precision had done an overhaul on my garage doors some time ago with excellent results. When one door recently would not close I gave them a call. A service call was set up the same day and Justin showed up to do yet another fine job. All is working quite well and was completed in about a half hour.
