Ryan was on time, and he called on his way. First star. He quickly assessed the problem, explained it, and showed me evidence of the stripped gear. Second star. He worked up two estimates: one for the repair and one for the repair plus an upgrade, which was reasonably due since our unit is 20 years old. But he did not pressure us one way or the other. Star three. He assessed the other garage door and determined it was functioning fine for the time being, thus not trying to "pile on." Star No. 4. Finished the work in a timely manner and we were impressed with the significant improvement in performance. Final 5 star. Good work, professional, fair price from what I can tell.

Same day, efficient service from Ken. He explained our options, then replaced the broken and necessary parts. The door is quieter than it has been in the 12 years since it was installed. He arrived about 6 PM on a cold, rainy night and was done in about an hour. Great service!

Kenny was an excellent technician. Persdonable and knowleg Kenny did an excellent job. He quickly identified the problem and fixed it. He was personable and knowledgeable, explaining best ways to repair it myself if it happened again. I had two garage doors replaced. Precision had the best price. I was a little worried about the quality and service. The service tech could not have been more polite, he spent just about the whole day working and asked very nicely once if he could use the bathroom. The garage door openers are quieter than the openers I have on our permanent home. If I knew it would have been this cost efficient and basically no hassle to do, I would have gotten new doors and openers sooner.

Ken our service man arrived promptly as scheduled and began to identify the cause of the problem. In short order he determined a new panel was required for the door opener. After installation it initially did not solve the problem but Ken was willing to discuss the issue and and consider other solutions. Once a solution was agreed to ( re-wiring was required) the problem was quickly solved and door now operates as required.
