Called precision door at 8:30am and the technician was at my home at 12 noon, quick response and had the problem (door coil springs) fixed in 30 minutes, can’t get any better that kind of service.

I can't recommend this company enough! Brian came out to diagnose what was going on. He explained the situation fully in layman's terms. He offered me several options with price and supported my choice. This company was responsive, friendly, and quick! I wish all companies were like this! I asked for a quote on a garage door opener for a 10 x 10 pole barn. Ended up with an overpriced quote. And a $209.00 bill for a chain adjustment on two 8 x 8 single doors. It would have been nice before the technician adjusted the doors to give me price, but no. I could have done the adjustment myself. Never again Precision Garage Door.

I had a jammed or hung door on Saturday, I called Prevision and they had Adam the technician out by 9am on Monday to repair it. Adam was super professional and a great guy! Thank you Precision for the prompt response and helping me out of my ‘jam’ :-)!!

Tech arrived on time found that the garage door track was binding against the rollers. He straightened and added a new bracket to keep the track alligned. He checked the rollers and door for any other issues.

Great job. John was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about garage doors and their functioning parts. There was no hesitation in repairing my garage door.
