I called at 4 PM yesterday and my door was fixed before 10 AM today. My family has used Precision Door before so we knew how prompt they are. There team is always very professional from the Office staff to the technicians. They explain everything to you and are very knowledgeable. I would use no other garage door service, I highly recommend Precision Door.

John Hidy was very professional. He replaced a set of Torsion cables and we also discussed the possibility of replacing my garage door. It is working now, but some day down the line, I will probably need a new door and will definitely do it with Precision Door, due to today's and a past favorable experience with the company in 2010 when a spring was replaced. At the present time, financially, I cannot buy a new door, but I believe a fair estimate was given. I believe the technicians know exactly what they are doing and are honest. FIVE STARS!
