The technician (Kevin) showed up at our agreed to timeframe and surveyed the garage door and opener and quickly ascertained that the opener was defective. We agreed to a course of action and work began and was completed within the hour. Kevin was professional and courteous at all times and let me know if his progress throughout the job. Jared went over our recoil spring and age for replacement consideration; explained supply chain issues the entire industry is experiencing d/t pandemic. I decided to keep our current recoil spring, and then we discussed the new belt-driven opener, remotes, MyQ, and keypad. Jared assisted with setting our new keypad. Next, Jared explained where Masterlift access panels were, and he took a photo of the QR code per my request. Finally, he installed everything and explained the light beams.

Tech Zack came to check my garage door and it turned out to be the opener that was very old. He explained everything to me and replaced it with a new one. Contacted Precision on Friday afternoon, and my broken springs were replaced Saturday morning!! Extremely well ran company: got multiple updates on the service time window, then even got a text message stating my technician was Jeff (included a picture of him) and he was on his way. Jeff was a happy person who you could tell loved his job and helping people. The whole process only took 45 minutes. I will definitely use this company for anything related to garage doors, and will recommend them to anyone!
